A 19th century historical building, The Robinson takes the decadent brick and old-school feel of the original construction and presents it in a vibrant and modern light. We are focused on being a gathering spot for any time of day or occasion, be it a business meeting, a private event or late night food with inventive drinks; the two stories are designed for it all - even great coffee.

Their initial vision for Foxtail began to take shape when the State Auto Body building, which stood in Winter Park for over 70 years, closed its doors. Shortly after, in this same warehouse, Alex and Iain opened their first café and roasting facility and began roasting coffee on-site, kegging cold brew, and supplying wholesale coffee to local restaurants. It wasn’t long after opening their doors that the line of guests started to flow out the door and then around the building. Foxtail quickly established a following of coffee lovers and now has cafés throughout Central Florida that serve its fresh, roasted coffee. Our favorite location is in Winter Park.

Coffee lovers can pay a small cover fee to play with free-roaming cats that are available for adoption. While paying a visit to the “purristas”, guests can enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea.

Qreate’s creative space provides premium coffee, a photography studio with lighting and a background wall to match. Their unique coffee flavors like the “exotic joe – tiger” or strawberry shortcake latte are worth the stop.

Guests can select from 27 flavor syrups for their morning brew. Breakfast is served all day, and it includes plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices including breakfast burritos, arepas and an herbivore biscuit.
